รองโฆษก พปชร.ปลื้มงบปี 63 ผ่านสภาฯ ชมนายกฯมีสปิริตเข้าสภาฯรับความเห็นฝ่ายค้านไปปรับปรุง สะท้อนเสียงมีความหมาย หวังฝ่ายค้านร่วมกันทำงาน ดีกว่าชวนคนก่อม็อบลงถนน
เมื่อวันที่ 12 ม.ค. น.ส.ทิพานัน ศิริชนะ รองโฆษกพรรคพลังประชารัฐ (พปชร.)และอดีตผู้สมัคร ส.ส.กทม. เขตจอมทอง-ธนบุรี กล่าวถึงสภาฯมีมติเห็นชอบร่างพ.ร.บ.งบประมาณรายจ่ายประจำปี 2563 ในวาระที่ 2 ว่า พรรคพลังประชารัฐ ขอขอบคุณส.ส.พรรคร่วมรัฐบาล และส.ส.พรรคฝ่ายค้าน ที่ช่วยกันทำหน้าที่ในการพิจารณางบประมาณอย่างเข้มแข็งและเป็นไปอย่างสร้างสรรค์ในการผ่าน ร่างพ.ร.บ.งบประมาณ เพื่อไปใช้ในการบริหารราชการแผ่นดิน โดยคณะกรรมการประสานงานพรรคร่วมรัฐบาล หรือวิปรัฐบาลสามารถบริหารจัดการได้อย่างเป็นเอกภาพ ที่สำคัญคือ พล.อ.ประยุทธ์ จันทร์โอชา นายกรัฐมนตรี ที่แม้ในวาระนี้ จะไม่มีหน้าที่ต้องชี้แจงต่อสภาฯประกอบกับมีภารกิจมาก แต่ได้แสดงสปิริตในการทำหน้าที่ในสภาฯ ด้วยการเข้าไปขอบคุณสภาฯด้วย และน้อมรับข้อคิดเห็นและข้อเสนอแนะของฝ่ายค้านที่เป็นประโยชน์ เพื่อนำไปประกอบการปรับปรุงการดำเนินงานของส่วนราชการและหน่วยงานต่างๆ เพื่อให้เกิดประโยชน์มากที่สุด
“ข้อห่วงใยของฝ่ายค้านที่นายกฯและรัฐบาลรับไปนั้น พรรคพลังประชารัฐหวังว่า หลังจากนี้ฝ่ายค้านจะได้ร่วมกันทำงานในสภาอย่างสร้างสรรค์ เพื่อให้ประเทศเดินหน้าต่อไป ซึ่งชัดเจนแล้วว่าเสียงของฝ่ายค้านในสภาฯนั้นมีความหมาย ฉะนั้นพรรคหรือบุคคลใดที่อ้างว่าเสียงในสภาฯไม่มีความหมายไปทำการเมืองนอกสภาฯ หรือชวนคนไปลงถนนนั้นเป็นเพียงข้ออ้างเพื่อหวังประโยชน์ส่วนตัวมากกว่าประโยชน์ของประเทศชาติและประชาชน” น.ส.ทิพานัน กล่าว
รองโฆษกพรรคพลังประชารัฐ กล่าวว่า นอกจากนี้ยังขอบคุณไปยังข้อคณะกรรมาธิการวิสามัญพิจารณาร่างพ.ร.บ.งบประมาณฯ ที่ให้ข้อสังเกตที่เป็นประโยชน์ ทั้งนี้ทั้งนั้น เพื่อให้ร่างพ.ร.บ.งบประมาณรายจ่ายฯมีความเหมาะสมสอดคล้องกับยุทธศาสตร์ชาติและการปฏิรูปประเทศ อีกทั้งยังเป็นความจำเป็นเร่งด่วนเพื่อการขับเคลื่อนเศรษฐกิจและการลงทุน ซึ่งเชื่อมั่นว่ารัฐบาลจะใช้จ่ายเงินทุกบาททุกสตางค์ได้อย่างคุ้มค่าและมีประสิทธิภาพเพื่อประโยชน์สูงสุดของประเทศชาติและประชาชน
PPRP Deputy Spokesperson is Happy Budget Statement Passed; Praises PM’s Spirit in Parliament and Hopes Opposition Plays Nice Not Protest March
Tipanan Sirichana , deputy spokesperson of Palangpracharath Party (PPRP) and former MP candidate of Jomthong-Thonburi district, Bangkok, spoke about the resolved draft of Expenditure Act 2020. PPRP thanked all coalition government parties as well as the Opposition parties for performing their duties diligently and constructively. The Government Whip was able to manage the process and brought forth unity. Most importantly, PM Gen. Prayuth Chan-ocha, who, notwithstanding, at the moment needed not to answer to the parliament and was with many missions, showed his spirits by attending the meeting, thanking the House and accepting Opposition’s helpful suggestions to improve governmental agencies and other organizations.
“Speaking of the concerns raised by the Opposition towards the PM and the Government, PPRP hopes that from now on it and the Opposition would be working together constructively to move the country forward. It is clear that the Opposition’s voice does matter in the parliament, therefore, any party or individual who claims it does not and think they should revert to practicing politics outside or on the streets implies they are just making excuses for their personal rather national gains,” Tipanan said.
The deputy spokesperson also expressed appreciation towards the Expenditure Draft Committee for giving helpful insights, so that the draft might be in harmony with National Strategy and national reforms. Furthermore, the draft was urgently needed to propel investment and the economy forward. It could be trusted that the Government would spend the budget wisely and maximize it for the good of the whole country and the people.
